Mark Dynamix is an Australian DJ, producer, mixer and record label owner/manager. He began work as a DJ in 1990 and has published 26 mixtapes since then. He is currently running the Australian operations of the Ministry of Sound Recordings for Sony Music Australia.
Mark has been Deejaying for the past 15 years and has been a major figure in Australian dance music culture because of this. He has 26 mixed CDs, 4 original releases and multiple remixes. With sales topping over 2 million units, no Australian DJ has sold more compilations. His mix for the Ministry of Sound’s?The Annual? became the most successful compilation in Australia regardless of genre.
Overseas and domestically, Mark has hosted a long list of radio shows over the years, keeping himself educated on underground sounds. Recently he acted as an official DJ for an event.
AVMAs; a night put on by ferge with performances from Pink, Good Charlotte and Silverchair (the first time an Australian DJ was invited!). It was quite a memorable event.
